The AI programme consists of European breakfast (06:30-7:30am), full American breakfast (07:30-10:30am), lunch (12:30-15:00pm, plus grill) and dinner (19:00-22:00pm, all buffet style with international cuisine, served in the El Jablillo restaurant. Theme buffet dinner take place three times weekly (Canarian or Spanish, Mexican or International, Seafood). During lunch & dinner house wine, water, beer and soft drinks are offered.

Dress code applies in the Jablillo restaurant at dinner time; men are kindly asked to wear long trousers.
